Martin Fodor is a qualified civil engineer and has been active in the real estate environment virtually since graduating from university. He began building his business just a few years after his studies when, in 2007, he and his partner, Petra Fodorova, laid the foundations of today's BizPartner Group.

Although the company initially focused primarily on development, Martin Fodor gradually adjusted the firm's strategic direction. He noticed a gap in the market where standard bank financing reached its limits. Today, under his leadership, the group serves two key areas: on one hand, it helps clients secure their own housing (for example, through rent-to-ownschemes), and on the other hand, it provides financing for smaller developers and real estate traders (flippers), thereby supporting the development of the real estate market.

As CEO, he advocates a conservative approach to risk management and ensures that investments are covered by real properties. He strategically develops activities not only on the domestic market but also abroad. This geographical diversification allows him to use the company's know-how more effectively and, at the same time, ensures greater protection of investors' resources by spreading risk across multiple markets.

He and Petra Fodorova have formed a stable team in business and private life since their university days. They are raising three sons together.
