# Investment project GrandPark

As part of our investment activities in the city of Poprad, we are planning further development of the Dlhé hony area - a multifunctional complex Grand Park. It is a residential and commercial project with a total floor area of up to 8,000m2.

**The project will offer a multifunctional use of the area of 8 000m2. The buildings will mainly serve the purpose of housing and related commerce. Parking will be almost exclusively underground. The project will meet the highest standards of ecology and housing quality. We will keep you informed about further developments throughout the preparation of the project.**
