How it works?

1. Contact us

Have you booked a property but are having trouble paying for it according to the contracts? Send us the information about the property via the form or call us on WhatsApp and we will make you an offer with conditions.

2. The property is immediately available to you

We will enter in to the contract instead of you, we will complete the property purchase and rent it to you while you prepare the necessary finances to buy it.

3. Late redemption

The final step is to repurchase the property into your ownership. You can do this at any time, either with cash or a mortgage, under the pre-agreed terms.

Guarantee of fair treatment

In case that you encounter any issues with purchasing the property during the reservation period, there is no need to worry. We allow the reservation period to be extended or the property to be transferred to another interested party, ensuring that you do not lose your money.
