2. Funding offer

We will then prepare and send you an offer together with the terms on which we can provide you the requested funds in exchange for the property.

3. Transfer of funds

Once the contracts have been agreed and signed, we will pay you the agreed funds with the time you need to repay them, including clear and acceptable terms and conditions.

4. Return of the property

The final step is to return the property back into your ownership in exchange for the funds we have provided you.
