1. Contact us

We'll go through your plans, investment idea, deal or opportunity you want to fund.

2. Property evaluation

Before any deal, we will evaluate your chosen property or project legally, technically and in terms of business, and we will approve it within moments.

3. Execution

We purchase properties and projects with your low participation. You can then start with the execution and the sale.

4. The sale

Immediately after selling the property or project, we will refund your participation and pay you the profit share.

Why with us?

We keep only 8 % of the funds provided and 0,55 % for each month we hold the property. The majority of the profit stays with you. We pay out the profit after each completed transaction. This setup allows you to grow your own capital by 50 % to 100 % per year.

For development projects and deals with a longer execution and sale horizon, we adjust the terms of cooperation individually. We will be happy to explain the exact details regarding the calculation of the returns, profit sharing and distribution to you personally.
