How exactly are the bonds secured by real estate?

We guarantee the investments of our investors and the repayment of the entire bond emission with real estate from our portfolio, which are collateralised directly in favour of our investors by liens. This is also how banks, for example, protect their money when providing mortgages.

At the same time, the value of the collateralised properties is always exceeding 120% of the value of bonds sold, which is supervised by an attorney who acts as a security agent and represents the bondholders. This method of security therefore represents a real material guarantee for our investors. Investing with us is therefore one of the safest in the bond market.

Is the rate of return guaranteed?

With us, you will not encounter the terms expected, targeted or anticipated return. Our bonds offer fixed guaranteed returns without any fees. As a bondholder, you are entitled to the returns from the day we receive your investment in our account until we return the full amount invested to you at the end of the commitment period. The returns are paid to bondholders on a regular monthly basis.

Properties collateralised in favour of our investors

The current value of our real estate portfolio is at €14,163,000. To secure the bond emission, the total value of which is € 990,000, we have allocated real estate worth € 1,653,000. We will be happy to provide you further information on the specific properties that have been collateralised in favour of our investors.

What are the risks of the investment?

The advantage of investing with us is that we eliminate the vulnerabilities and risks of conventional bonds. The money of our investors is at all times secured by the real estate from our portfolio, which is collateralised in favour of the investment and forms a real tangible guarantee of the deposits. Thanks to this security, the money of our investors would not be at risk even in the event of any financial problems on our part.

Another advantage is that investors do not have to wait for their returns. We pay them regularly every month and they can always see that everything is working as agreed.

Investments are secured by specific properties that are collateralised in favour of the investment, meaning investments are directly backed by real assets. In addition, we offer attractive returns paid on a regular monthly basis.
